With our exclusive access to areas on every playing surface, we get the shots that casual spectators simply can't get. To ensure you receive the best photos possible, our photographers shoot teams and individual athletes who make a reservation in advance. To capture the memories of your big event, reserve a photographer and then let us focus on your athlete.
Reserve early and Save! Reserve your photographer prior to arrival at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex by visiting us on-line at www.disneyurl.com/gamedayphotos. If you are unable to reserve on-line prior to your event, you can make a new reservation or modify an existing reservation when you arrive on-site, subject to availability. Just visit the Welcome Center as soon as you arrive to be directed to the nearest photography reservation kiosk.
After you have made your photography reservation you will be provided with a 16 digit code that will allow you to access your images at a Gameday Photos kiosk on-site or at www.gamedayphotos.com. Be sure to visit a Gameday Photos kiosk while you are still at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, and take advantage of event specific photo merchandise. Create and purchase a one-of-a-kind photo keepsake of your athlete or event, such as a customizable poster or a personalized cover of ESPN The Magazine.
Can my whole team contribute to purchase of a Gameday Photos CD and then share the photos with all the parents? Yes! There must be one representative from the team to complete the reservation process but the images on the Gameday Photos CD can be shared with the entire team. This is an easy and affordable way to ensure that everyone is in the picture and has great memories of the event.
Can I wait to reserve a photographer until I get to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex? Yes, but by pre-purchasing prior to arrival you will have a guaranteed photographer reservation, as well as a discounted rate on the Gameday Photos CD.
Can two teams from the same organization/school be combined onto one Gameday Photos CD reservation? No, there can only be one team per Gameday Photos CD reservation purchase.
Do you photograph my athlete/team at every game? Due to the large number of athletes who register for photos, we will only photograph the number of games that were reserved. It is possible to register on-site for additional games to be photographed during the course of the event, but reservations are subject to availability and subject to change.
Does the photographer only photograph my athlete/team during the game? Each photographer may be assigned several athletes or teams on the same field to photograph per game.
How do I find and view my photos? Visit us at a Gameday Photos kiosk to view and purchase your photos. Each registration will also have a specific code attached to the photos. This code will be provided to you so that you can search for your photos on-site at a kiosk or online at www.gamedayphotos.com.
If I don't like any of the photos that were taken, can I get my deposit back? The deposit is non-refundable once an event has begun. If you cancel prior to the start of an event, you will receive a refund of your deposit (minus a $5 processing fee). If you are viewing your photos on-site and find that they are not to your liking, our photographers may be able to photograph another game depending on scheduling and availability.
